English in Me

When I was in Junior High School at first class, I knew nothing about English. I’s blind of it. I felt like a stupid student. I was very jealous to my classmates. They had known it. I still remember when there was English subject, we were asked to write a sentence by using Simple Present Tense form by our teacher. Every my classmate could do well, and me, nothing. I was always wrong and wrong. It made me bad. I didn’t like my condition like that. So, I asked to my parents to give me chance for joining in an English Course.

google.com

My first English course was in KECC (Kendari English Conversation Course). It’s located before Laelangi Market. I joint there for 6 months. Then, I felt rather good for learning English. Then, when I was in the top class at junior high school, I tried again to join in an English course because some of my friends joined there. So, I followed them. I joint in BEC (Buton English Course) at February 2nd, 2006 and the course principal was H. Ld. Abd. Azis Hasim, S.Pd., M.Sc. till I was in Senior High School at 2009. For 3 years. But maybe, I am not good enough yet in learning English.

I like my last English Course, BEC. The condition was very different with English course before. When I joint in BEC, I felt I had nothing yet. My friends were very fluent to say English sentences and I couldn’t do anything. Just could look them, I was very surprised. Although I had joint in an English course before, I felt I didn’t have anything. My English was very weak.  But my vocabularies were good enough.

My first teacher was Mr. Acho. He was clever. He was Mr. Azis’ assistant to teach student in BEC because he could teach well. I liked him. I liked his teaching. I didn’t know how Mr. Azis as the owner that course was. I never looked him. Until one time, he changed Mr. Acho to teach us. First, I didn’t like if Mr. Azis taught us because that was my first time to meet him face to face. I felt afraid when I must be taught by him. I didn’t know I did like that. But, when he started to teach us, I felt happiness, I could laugh together with him and my friends. I felt  very happy. He taught us with love. He taught us with a joke but serious. Mr. Azis is very kind. He gave me inspiration to be a good human by his story life. Everything is very precious for me. His laughing is very beautiful. I can never forget it. I am very happy and lucky to be his student.

Mr. Azis has given me a motivation to be a good man in learning English.

google.com

And I will try to improve my English because I want to be like him. I missed everything when he taught us. He always begins a lesson with smile and happiness. I miss him so much. I miss his smile. I miss his laughing and I miss his teaching. No one can change him. He is one of the best English teachers that I have. I just hope, one time he can be proud to me because he had had a student like me. Mr. Azis, I am thankful for you. Because of you, I can be like this now. I will never forget your smile, your spirit, your laughing, and everything. I miss you so much. I want to be able to have the experience again like in the past time.

The Suffering for Future

google.com
google.com

Okay. I don’t want to start this post with a complaint. Let’s start with a smile. Give a big smile to other people. Cheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeerrrsss!!! 🙂

This 2 Februari 2013, all day I am at home. I don’t try to go anywhere. Just focus on my proposal. How I arrange and make it by my self. Sometimes, I feel envy with my friends in other faculty. They have registered themselves for the proposal examination. You know that? It is one of a good steps again to achieve the dream. Yup, a big dream.

I’m trying to steal time for arranging my proposal, little by little. I can say that I can do nothing yet. >.< And I hate that. This struggle takes my time so much.

Maybe, today I lost the time for my family, friends, and bf. But, it’s OK. I’m sincere if I have to sacrifice my time to my proposal (red: my future). I will accept all the consequences. Hope they understand with my condition now.

*Don’t force me to follow what you want if I can’t be with you.*

May it starts as suffering, but in the end, it will be rewarded with a happiness.
Aamiin Ya Rabb.

Jepret-Jepret In the Wedding

With Aan

My friends and I were invited by my friend, Aan, to come in her old sister’s wedding. Actually, I would come with my group, Awainulu (KKN-P). But, they didn’t have any chance to go in this wedding party, so I went there with my friend, Mey. 🙂

With Mey

The wedding was held in Gedung Kemitraan Polres Baubau at noon (19 Jan.’13). By this chance, I knew the broom, but he doesn’t know me. 😀 He is Mr. Andy. As I know, he is the reporter. I know him because my sister, Arini, introduced him to me by photos when she followed one of events that involved some reporters in Baubau at 2010 (Rumah Bamboo). *If I amn’t wrong. 🙂 So, in this chance I said, “Congratulation for both of you. Happy Wedding. Langgeng slalu ya, Kakak. 🙂 Aamiin.

The Wedding

We went there when almost people have came back. We had hesitated to go there. Maybe there were no people we knew and we could do nothing. 😀 But, it’s fault. Then, we walked together along the aisle to the bridal couple sits and shook the hands to them. While my eyes was looking for Aan. “Where is Aan?.” But, I didn’t see her.

As usual, after it we had a lunch and started to find where we must sit. We got at the back. With Yus. We got a friend finally! Yeah. 😀 We kept eating and talking until our friends came. They were Pia, Valen, Atni, and Ditha. Not a long time, Aan came to us. The situation became more exciting. And we took pictures together. 😀

Outside

After that, we went home, but not for Mey and me, we went to canteen in campus (so far from the wedding place). 😀 Whereas my mother has asked me to go home as soon as possible because it would be rain and the fact, NOT. Alhamdulillah. 🙂 Then, we went home. It didn’t need a long time. Be calm, Mom! 🙂

Yup, this life is still long. So, we must struggle to get what we dream.
Mangatse always…!!!

I Met My Students

Yesterday afternoon I met my students when I got PPL II in SMAN 1 Baubau where the school is my ex-school. 🙂 I met them in Istana Ilmiah. They are Dayat, Ade and Febby. Yup, now they are in Second Grade. 🙂 They are smart students I think. SMART, KIND, and POLITE. 🙂 I’m happy to know with my nice students.

Students when PPL II. A nice moment!!!

First, I was doubt to say HELLO with them when they came together . Then, I paid attention to them, from they came in, until they set together in same line. While, I was talking with Miss Sari. Some minutes later, I’re brave to my self for being closer with them and said how’s their condition now, how’s about the school and etc. I think, they didn’t know me, but they still recognized me. 😀 Especially, Febby and Ade. For Dayat, he nearly didn’t recognize me because I have been using veil. 😀 Of course, I look like different person. More beautiful. 😀 Jiaahhh, over self confidence. *Allah, I’m sorry. But, thank ya. 🙂 You have believed me to keep your beauty in me. Alhamdulillah.

So, why they and I came in Istana Ilmiah? Because there are an event from CES (Creative English Society) that will be held @19-20 January 2013. They are Wall Magazine Competition for Senior high school and general; and Reading Text Competition for students in 1st grade of elementary school. And they attended the technical meeting for the competition of Wall Magazine.

Technical Meeting
Technical Meeting

Before technical meeting was started, we talked much about their school and their bussiness. And now, they are still organizing an event in their school, PRA OLIMPIADE. That’s annual event that must be held by OSIS SMANSA. Oh ya, FYI, the jacket of OSIS SMANSA is not black anymore but red. I’m curious actually to see the new jacket. 🙂 When we talked, there were a lot of laughing among us. And we took picture. I liked this moment. Took pictures.

I nearly forget, Febby is one of bloggers too. Hahaha. I get one blogger again. 🙂 You can check her blog here. 🙂

So, the last. I hope you, my students, can do the best for this competition. I support you and give your best creativity. 🙂 Mangatse!!

A Sentimental Night

I don’t know why this night I am being a sentimental girl.
I feel you. There is something wrong with you and I don’t want to force you to tell it to me.
I will let you not to tell me until you want by your self, without forcefulness.

I don’t want anything but you feel good always. Just it. Because your happy feeling and soul can make me smile from here although you won’t see how my heart is lucky to see you in happiness.

Tonight, with the tears, I feel you.
With some texts of us, do you know how I am now?
My tears fall again.
You don’t hurt me, but my feeling feels your feeling.
I just hope you’re going to be fine.

All problems you get, you said that if there is me, it will be fine. Prove it!
I hope you are not lie. About what you feel now. What you said to me. Coz I trust you.
I just need a smile and positive thinking about what become your problem. From you.
Yeah, You.
I’m here. To accompany you till I can’t do it.

You.
Be fine there.
Don’t let the tears fall anymore.
Because you don’t hurt me.

For the education costs today, students who take exact department must pay as much as Rp. 1.200.000 per semester and students who take non-exact department must pay as much as Rp. 1. 150.000 per semester. Every student is obligated to pay the contribution of development as much as Rp. 1.500.000. Meanwhile, Unidayan provides the scholarship for students not only who have good achievements, but also who have low economic background. It is purposed to stimulate the increasing of achievement from the students. There are Academic Achievement Increasing Scholarship (PPA), Student Studying Help Scholarship (BBM), Student Education Help Scholarship (BPM), Supersemar Scholarship from Supersemar Foundation, Extracurricular Achievement Increasing Scholarship, and Scholarship for Unidayan best graduate.

For the facilities, they should be improved, especially for the library and laboratory. The library building must be bigger and it should add more books. So, it can support the interest and ability from the student itself. Also, the quality of lecturers must be increased, so we can get the professional lecturers then we can know how to teach professionally later, especially in Teacher Training and Education Faculty. In addition, the bidding system must be better because it does not have the standardization for the subject what we want to take in higher semester.

Last, Unidayan as a good university in Baubau, it is expected to always improve the facilities, infrastructures, and the students and lecturers qualities. Then, it will be better and get good responses from all people in this university to make Unidayan more familiar worldwide.
